German Speaking Regional Account Manager

Pro Servo are looking for a German speaking Account Manager to work in their Bristol office

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The applicant must be fluent in both German and English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing daily a number of enquiries for machine spare parts and accessories.
    • Maintaining timely contact with customers without forgetting about anyone
    • Providing quotations in a time frame acceptable to the customer
    • Maintaining effective contact after the quote has been sent to ensure that the customer ends up choosing us over the competition
  • Sourcing the parts required from our network of suppliers.
    • Using the internet for finding information.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with our trusted suppliers.
    • Getting answers from suppliers quickly to quote customers fast
  • Finding new clients.
    • Contacting relevant companies via telephone and email and presenting our services to them.
    • Having the ability to differentiate between a potential customer and a company that doesn’t need what we sell
    • Targeting specific industrial sectors, contacting individual companies and evaluating their desirability as potential customers.

We need someone who, over time, can develop an understanding of which types of manufacturing sectors are mostly in need of what we sell and who is generally able to sniff out the most profitable potential customers. Preferably, someone with a penchant for separating highly desirable customers and periodically contacting them until they eventually start sending us business.
